Warm Heart
Hey there, Katie here today. I am out and about on an adventure with my family, BUT… that doesn’t stop me from sharing something fabulous and fun from the most recent Trinity release.
Please welcome the new Warm Heart stamp set. This is a fun and lovely stamp that will make anyone feel loved. It is fun to mix up the colors with this set.
Here is how I made this card. I started by stamping the Warm Heart image using my Misti and black ink. I colored it with my Copics (BG49, BG45, BG01, BV13, BV04, BV02, YG17, YG25, YG11), added some white gel pen highlights and then cut it out with the corresponding Warm Heart Die Set. Next, I die cut a bit of the DP from the Summer Blooms kit (a very pale purple gingham) using my 4 Bar Die set. On this layer, I stamped the image again and then mounted the bits using glue and foam tape. I added a few iridescent snowflakes using glue dots. Then I cut some teal and green cardstock. On the green layer, I used my Blending Buddy and the Slimline Snowfall Stencil with Mermaid Distress Oxide to add some fun blue flakes. I mounted these layers together and then added the final layer on top.
It really makes for a lovely and non-traditional card. It is pretty simple to make too. I hope you like it and thank you very much for visiting today. Please be sure to check out all our other inspiration stops and the shop too!
