Hi there! Silvia’s here with you to kick off the April release sneak peek week!

Today we’re gonna showcase the adorable “Cloud Companions” stamp set and the “Checkered Background Add-on: Paw Print” stencil and that’s my card.

I cut a 5,5″x4,25″ panel from turquoise cardstock and I created a pattern on it with the new checkered stencil. I put it on my card base and I ink blended it with peacock feathers Distress Oxide ink with a blending Buddy brush.

I then moved the stencil a bit on the side and I ink blended  a soft layer of peacock feathers Distress Oxide ink through it. 

I darkened edges with black soot Distress Oxide ink and I splattered with clean water and picket fence and salvaged patina Distress paints.

I stamped images from the “Cloud Companions” stamp set, I colored them with alcohol markers and I cut them with coordinating dies.

I also die cut a cloudy border with the “Ray Bow” die set from white cardstock.

I stamp the sentiment  from the stamp set with black ink, I put everything together with a mix of liquid glue and foam tape and that’s all.
