Gnome Bunny – Easter Card
Hello, Trinity friends!! Happy Friday!! I hope you have plans with family and loved ones for Easter this weekend!! I had to sneak one more Easter card in…the Gnome Bunny Stamp Set is just too cute!! Even thought I used it for Easter here, the gnome can also be used without the eggs for other occasions or even everyday!! Let’s get to my project!!
To begin, I stamped the images from the Gnome Bunny Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink, then colored them with Copic markers in pastel tones. The sentiment was white heat embossed onto black cardstock. I fussy cut all of the images out, but the Coordinating Dies are available for pre-order.
Next, I die-cut the rectangle and heart shapes from white cardstock and patterned paper included in the Winter Hues Slimline Paper Pad using the Embossed Edge Rectangle Stack Dies and Nested Heart Dies.
The die-cut rectangle was adhered to a white top-folding card base. The hearts were adhered together, then popped up with foam tape. The gnome, eggs and sentiment were adhered with a combination of liquid adhesive and foam tape. The little chick was also popped up with foam tape to make it appear as if the gnome is holding the chick out in front of him. Isn’t that the CUTEST?!?
The final touch was a sprinkling of Creamy Vanilla Heart Sprinkles!
I just ADORE this stamp set!! Thank you so much for stopping by today!!
Hoping your Easter is extra bright and happy this year!!
