Thank You Sweet Friend

Hello all!! Brenda here today!! How is everyone? Did you have a great holiday?

For me, once the holiday season is over, I long for spring!! I could skip all of the cold weather in the first quarter of the year and get right to the warm weather. I think that I was wishing for this to happen when I created this card! LOL.

I began by stamping the vase and floral image from the Hello Sweet Friend stamp set with Versafine Clair Nocture Ink and colored it with Zig Clean Color Markers. I used the Coordinating Hello Sweet Friend Dies to die-cut the image. I stamped a sentiment from the same set diagonally onto an aqua cardstock panel with white pigment ink. I borrowed a heart from the Seasonal Sweetheart set and stamped it next to each of the lines. “Thank You”, also from the Hello Sweet Friend, was stamped with Versamark, heat embossed with white embossing powder, and then cut out with the Coordinating Dies. I adhered the floral image and the die-cut sentiment with foam adhesive. A few pink hearts from the Double Bubble Jelly Drop Hearts Embellishment Mix were the perfect finishing touch. (These will be perfect for Valentine’s Day…there are also clear, red, peach, blue, purple & mint green mixes available!!!)
