Quick and Easy Season Greeting Silhouettes
Today I am sharing the beautiful Season Greetings Silhouettes set for a quick and easy holiday card. While I love backgrounds with many different techniques, I also have a great love for patterned paper! My background today uses two papers – a snowflake pattern and a midnight blue glitter paper. The combination reminded me of a cold snowy evening, and was a perfect backdrop for my deer and tree.
I stamped my images with VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink, and then used Blendability Brushes to blend two colors of Distress ink – Faded Jeans and Wilted Violet to make a cold wintry scene.
Finally, I added a little Wink of Stella glitter pen on the tree to look like a glistening of snow. A little hard to pick up in a photograph, but I think you can see some of it!
I hope you have a good week with some crafty time! This Silhouette set is a beautiful addition to your craft stash! You can see more of my projects at Joy in a JAR.
This is so wonderful! I think this is pretty and feminine, but also makes a great masculine card!
