No One As Stellar As You
Happy Thursday, Trinity friends!! I hope your week is going well!! Brenda back with a card featuring the fantastic You’re Stellar Stamp Set!!
I started by stamping the images in the You’re Stellar Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored them with Copics, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.
For the background, I stenciled the Halftone Texture Stencil onto a panel of black cardstock with Blending Buddy Brushes. I stenciled it with Shark Tooth Pigment Ink first. Once that layer was dry, I added Seedless Preserves, Stormy Sky, Evergreen Bough, Mustard Seed and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Inks. Once that layer was dry, the panel was die-cut with the second largest die in the A2 Clean Cut Layers Rectangle Set A Die Set.
The sentiments, also from the You’re Stellar Stamp Set, were stamped onto white cardstock using black pigment ink and cut out with the Coordinating Dies.
The background was adhered to a white A2 card base using liquid glue.
The planet and the small star with the rainbow were adhered to the background using liquid glue. The rocket and the sentiments were popped up with foam tape.
Lots of embellishments from the Multicolor Meteor Embellishment Mix finish off the card.
