Hello, Let’s Catch Up Soon

Ilina here! Today I am sharing a card fit for everyday occassions, using an older and favorite of mine stencil set, Lemons and Leaves. This stencil set is 6×9 and it’s layering. Those are my favorite, as you can end up making two cards or more with one stenciled background. However, I just made one.

To make the card, start with slightly lalrger piece of white cardstock than A2. I started with 6 1/2 x 5 1/2.

Using 3 of the 4 stencils I created the background (the 4th stencil is to be used if the first one is not, and creates even more leaves instead of lemons).

Once the background is stenciled, cut the panel down to 4″ x 5 1/4″, Then using the Simply Sentimental: Hello stamp set, stamp the Hello and then a supporting sentiment “Let’s catch up soon” underneath it.

Using foam tape or any other dimensional adhesive, adhere the panel to a black panel that is A2 size ( 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″). Adhere the entire panel now to A2 top folding note card (I usually use white note cards/card bases) so I can easily write inside and it’s visible. 

To finish off the card add some Black Dots Confetti, or any other embellishments of your choice.

Voila! Your card is done.
