A Card for Mother’s Day

Hello crafty friends! Silvia’s here today sharing with you a card I made for Mother’s Day.

I started cutting a 5,5″x4,25″ panel from a blush cardstock and I used a Trinity Stamps flowers stamp set from my stash (mine is the “First Bloom”, but you can used the flowers stamp set that you prefer) to stamp a tone on tone frame all over the edges.

I darkened edges with the same ink I used to stamp the flowers and I splattered with clean water.

I then die cut a lot of flowers from colored  cardstock using the amazing “Garden Flowers” die set and I put them together with liquid glue.

I also die cut two tea cups from kraft cardstock with the “Tiny Teacup” die set and I put together using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape.

I die cut a white scalloped circle using the second die from the “Dainty Scallop Circle” set and the MOM word with one of the die from the “Simply Sentiment – Mom” set in gold glitter cardstock.

I put everything together using a mix of liquid glueand foam tape and I splattered with white and gold acrylic paints.

Once dry, I stamped one of the beautiful sentiments from the “Simply Sentimental – Mom” stamp set on the scalloped white circle.

That’s all.

Thank you so much for stopping by today.

I wish you an amazing new week. Big hugs, Silvia.
