Faith, Hope, & Love

Hello crafty friends! During these days war winds are blowing in my thoughts and scare me a lot and inspire me today’s card.

I decided to make a love and hope card with Ukraine colors.

I started die cutting a white panel with the biggest die from the “Modern Embossed Rectangle Stack” set. 

I then used the “Bed of Roses” layering stencil to create my background. I ink blended roses with squeeze lemonade and fossilized amber Distress Oxide inks and leaves with broken china and prize ribbon Distress Oxide inks.

I darkened edges with walnut stain Distress Oxide ink and I splattered with clean water and tone on tone inks.

For the sentiment I  cut one of the “LOVE” die from the “Simply Sentimental – Love” set in dark brown and gold and I glue them together. I also heat embossed in white a sentence from the “Simply Sentimental – Love” stamp set.

I put everything together and that’s all.
