Dad, You Are The Best A2 Card

Hi everyone! 

Ilina here! Father’s Day here in the US is just few weeks away, so I am sharing a card idea to celebrate Dad.

For my card today I used the new Simply Sentimental Dad stamp set and coordinating dies, along with Rad Dad set and dies and the Skinny Stripes background to create plaid type of pattern. 

To make the card start with an A2 piece of blue cardstock. Stamp the Skinny stripes background stamp once using darker blue ink (darker than your cardstock). Rotate the piece of cardstock 90 degrees and stamp again, this time with white pigment ink. Set aside.

Die cut DAD from holographic cardstock and the shadow from dark blue. Assemble the word DAD.

Stamp and die cut the “you’re the best” (Rad dad set and dies). 

Trim the stamped panel to 4″ x 5 1/4″ Add the die cut sentiment and the stamped sentiment.

To finish off the card adhere the panel to an top folded A2 note card.
