We Wish You A Merry Christmas

Hi Friends and Welcome Back! I hope you all had a great weekend. Were you able to participate in the Instagram Hop for the New Release? There were so many amazing projects! And don’t you just love the new release? What is your favorite? I would love to hear. I have been having fun creating and will have a lot to share over the next month or so. 

Today I am using a fun new die called, We Wish You A Merry Christmas Die Set. This is such a versatile die, I love the font and design. I made a rainbow tree but I think it will look amazing die cut from solid cardstock and mounted onto a card panel for a simpler design. 

I started my card by ink blending a panel with Distress Oxide Ink and running it through my die cutting machine with the We Wish You A Merry Christmas Die. I didn’t worry too much about a “perfect” blend, because I knew it wouldn’t matter one it was cut.

Next, I lightly ink blended the same colors onto my card panel. I then added a few black and white splatters for a little added detail. I used a liquid glue and the negative from my die cut to line everything up on my panel. Lastly, I added a few Melted Icicle Confetti Mix to finish my card.
