We Wish You A Meowy Christmas

Hello Trinity friends!! I hope you are having a great week!!

Are you ready for Christmas? I’m still plugging away on my Christmas cards!! I have most of my shopping done but nothing wrapped yet!! I feel really far behind this year…I think it’s because Thanksgiving was so late. Oh well, I have a week and a half left…lol!!

The Do Re Me Ow stamp set is just so adorable…I HAD to use it on a Christmas card!!

I began by stamping all of the images from Do Re Me Ow onto white cardstock with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink. After coloring them with Copic markers, they were cut out using the Coordinating Dies. I also white heat embossed the sentiment and cut it out with its Coordinating Die. I set those aside and went to work on the background.

I blended Pine Needles and Twisted Citron Distress Inks through the Layered Pine Tree Stencil onto a panel of light blue cardstock three times. Moonstone Nuvo Paste was applied for the final layer. A piece of white glitter paper was cut with the hill die from the Slimline Series: Scenic Border Die Set for the snowy ground.

Once the Nuvo Paste was dry, all I had to do was assemble the card. The snowy hill and fence were adhered directly to the background panel, while all of the other elements were popped up with foam adhesive. Diluted white gouache was splattered over the panel to pull together this snowy scene!!

This  turned out so cute!! I hope you love it as much as I do!!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a wonderful weekend and I’ll see you next Friday!!
