Warm Holiday Wishes – Santa Mug
Hello, Trinity friends!! I hope you’re all doing well!!
One of my favorite things to do is to combine new release goodies with older products!! I love to find ways to incorporate the two!! That’s what I did for today’s card!! Let’s get to it!!
I began by die-cutting all of the pieces for the mug from red, white, peach, green, glossy black and mirror gold cardstock using the Santa Mug Die Set. I adhered it together with liquid glue.
Next, I die-cut the A-7 Snowflake Frame from white cardstock and a 5″ x 7″ panel of aqua cardstock and adhered them together using liquid glue. They were then adhered to a white 5″ x 7″ card base.
The sentiment is from the Simply Sentimental – Holidays Stamp & Coordinating Dies. I die-cut “holidays” from red and white cardstock using the dies and stamped “warm wishes” onto a strip of white cardstock with red ink using the stamp set. I trimmed the “s” off of the die-cut so my sentiment would read “warm holiday wishes”.
The santa mug was popped up in the middle of the frame with foam adhesive.
I also popped the sentiment up with foam adhesive. I trimmed the sentiment in half so I could add part of it before the die-cut word and the other part after it.
I love this cute little mug combined with the snowflake frame!!
