Squishy Bunny Gift Tag & Treat Box!!

Hello Crafty Friends!! 

Larissa here today to share a couple FUN Ideas for using the NEW Squishy Bunny Card Die Set to create something other than a Card!! I simply ADORE this FUN Set and I wanted to share that you can use this Die Set to create MORE than just a Card!! Today I’m showing how you can use it to create a Large Gift Tag and a Treat Box!! SQUEAL!! These will be the PERFECT additions to your Easter Festivities!! 

Let’s start with the Squishy Bunny Gift Tag!! I LOVE how you could create either the Front or the Back of the Bunny as your Focal and that SWEET Mini Peep adds just the right amount of CUTENESS!! 

I Started by Die Cutting the Pieces of the Tag!! I Die Cut 2 Squishy Bunny Images from White Cardstock and then I Cut along the Fold Lines!! Next I Die Cut the Squishy Bunny Tag Base!! I Folded an 8 1/2 piece of White Cardstock in half!! Then I Die Cut the Squishy Bunny Image to create the Tag Base!! I then used the Card and Envelope Builder Die Set Mini Slimline and Die Cut 2 of the Tag Reinforcers also from White Cardstock!! I adhered the Tag Reinforcers together and then adhered the White Bunnies together and adhered them to the Bunny Tag Base!! I then adhered the Tag Reinforcement to the top of the Bunnies Ear!! 

Next I Die Cut the Squishy Bunny Image again from some Glitter Cardstock and Adhered it to the Bunny Tag!! I also Die Cut a Peep Show Image from some Glitter Cardstock and again from some White Cardstock!! I also Die Cut a Bitty Tag using the Bitty Tags Die Set from some White Cardstock!! I adhered the Large White Pom-Pom to the Squishy Bunny Image and then I added some Black Eyed Baubles to the Mini Peep Show Image and a Bow from the Chocolate Bunny Die Set!! I Stamped and Embossed the Happy Easter Sentiment from the A Sentiment for Almost Everything Stamp Set onto the Gift Tag and adhered them to the Bunny Tag using a Mini Clothespin!! 

I Die Cut the Happy Easter Sentiment from Glitter Cardstock and adhered it to the inside of the Gift Tag!! I LOVE how this turned out and feel like you could add these to ANY Easter Basket or Gift for the PERFECT finishing Touch!! 


Next I created this SWEET Squishy Bunny Treat Box!! You can decide which side of the Box you want as the front, I chose the Back of the Bunny as I just ADORE the Large Pink Pom-Pom Tail!! 

Again, I Die Cut 2 of the Squishy Bunny Images out of White Cardstock and again I Cut them apart so I had 2 of the Single Squishy Bunny Images!! I did trim off just a Tiny Bit from the bottom of the Squishy Bunny Images so that they’d stand up once the Treat Box parts were added!! Then I Cut the Treat Box Pieces from the same White Cardstock!! I Cut 2 Pieces that were 1 3/4 inches Long X 1 1/2 Inches Wide and 1 Piece that was 2 1/4 Inches Long X 1 1/2 inched Wide!! Then I Scored them all and cut the edges at an angle so I could attach them to the Bunny Die Cut Image to create a Treat Box!! 

Next I Die Cut the Squishy Bunny Images 2 times from some Glitter Cardstock and I Adhered them to the White Cardstock Squishy Bunny Images for some extra sturdiness!! I also Die Cut a Peep Show Bunny Image from some Glitter Cardstock and again from some White Cardstock!! I also Die Cut a Bitty Tag using the Bitty Tags Die Set from some White Cardstock!! I adhered the Large Pink Pom-Pom to one of the Squishy Bunny Images and then I added some Black Eyed Baubles to the other Side of the Squishy Bunny Image as well as to the Mini Peep Show Image!! I Stamped and Embossed the Happy Easter Sentiment from the A Sentiment for Almost Everything Stamp Set onto the Gift Tag and adhered them to the Squishy Bunny Image using a Mini Clothespin once I had adhered the Treat Box Pieces to the back side of both of the Squishy Bunny Images in order to create the Treat Box!! 

Here’s a look at the Side of the Squishy Bunny Treat Box once it was all put together!! There’s plenty of room for several Miniature Candies or even a regular Sized Candy Bar if you don’t mind the candy peeking up over the top and edges of the Treat Box!! How FUN is that Large Pink Pom-Pom Tail!!?? SQUEAL!! I think that’s my FAVORITE Part!! 

Here’s a look at the Back of the Treat Box with the CUTE Black Eyed Baubles for the Eyes and Nose!! Isn’t She CUTE!!?? So you could also choose this as the front of your Treat Box and then you’d just add the Tags to this side instead!! Totally up to you what you decide!! I just ADORE these Treat Boxes and I’ll be making several of them for Greyson’s School Easter Treats!! I already KNOW they will be a HUGE HIT!!
