Spooky

Hello crafty friends and happy Halloween!!! Silvia’s here with you today with a creepy card to share.

I started die cutting a white panel with the biggest die from the “Modern Embossed Rectangle Stack” set, I then placed the masking moon stencil from the “Moon Layers” set and I ink blended my background with cracked piastachio, lucky clover and pine needles Distress Oxide inks. I also darkened the bottom of the panel with black soot Distress Oxide ink. I remove the mask, I gently blended some cracked pistachio ink through one of the layering stencil and I splattered with clean water, tone on tone ink and white and gold Distress paints.

I then die cut some graves and cross with the “Slimline Spooky Scene Builder” die set from white cardstock, I ink blended them with weathered wood Distress Oxide ink and I applied some crypt Distress Grit Paste with my fingers on them.

I stamped images from the “Sheets & Giggles” stamp set, I colored them with alcohol markers and I cut them with coordinating dies.

For the sentiment I used the “Spooky Cut and Foil” die set to cut the “spooky” script from black cardstock . I wanted it to be sparkle, so I covered it with Inkon3 liquid pixie dust.

I put everything together using a mix of crafty gluefriend and double-sided  foam adhesive strips and. I also added some tiny bats from the “Halloween Cupcake Sprinkles Mix” here and there.

Here are some close-ups.

That’s all for today. I hope you like the card as much as I do.

I wish you an faboolous Halloween!!! Big hugs, Silvia.
