Sparkle Season Release is Live and Ornament Trio Foiled Card

For today’s card I used the new Ornament Trio Cut and Foil die set and paired it up with a sentiment from the Sparkle Season stamp set.

To make the card, start by foiling the image on Navy cardstock using Prism foil. I like using  5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ piece of cardstock and then cutting it out, so I don’t ruin A2 panel in case the cardstock or die shifts.

Once foiled, use the Modern Embossed Rectangle dies ( I used the 2nd to the largest) to cut to a panel for an A2 card. 

Stamp sentiment from Sparkle Season set and emboss it using Glitter Silver embossing powder. This one was the closest I had in my stash to the foil I used. 

Die cut the three circles from the cut and foil set using specialty glittery cardstock. I pulled out of my stash paper that looked like a disco ball. Adhere to the ornament centers.

To finish the panel, I added some Oh My Stars Holographic sequins which are currently out of stock, but you can use the Twinkle Twinkle embellishment mix, or the Starlight embellishment mix.

To finish the card, adhere the panel to a top folding white note card using craft foam, foam tape or stack of few cardstock panels to create dimension and add sturdiness.
