Snow Much Fun – Frosty Friends Forever

Hello, crafty friends!! Brenda here with you today sharing a fun and glittery winter card featuring several goodies from the latest September Release!! This release is full of wintery seasonal goodness!!

I started by stamping the darling images from the Frosty Friends Forever Stamp Set and the sentiment from the Frost Bite Cafe Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored the images with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Frosty Friends Forever and Frost Bite Cafe Coordinating Dies to cut them out.

Next, I used Wilted Violet and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Inks onto a panel of Bristol smooth cardstock with Blending Buddy Brushes. I splattered the panel with water and picked up the excess with a paper towel. Diluted white ink was splattered onto the panel with a paintbrush.

The trees and snow from the Embossed Edge Hills & Slopes Dies were cut from white cardstock. I added some shading to the snow with Speckled Egg Distress Oxide Ink and colored the trees with Copics.

The snow slopes, trees and top penguin were adhered to the background panel with liquid glue. The two other penguins, polar bear and sentiment were adhered with foam adhesive strips. I added some shading to the snow with Copic markers.

Lots of Star Dust Stickles glitter glue was added to the trees and snow around the critters.

Lastly, Shimmer Snowflakes Confetti Embellishments were liberally sprinkled onto the sky area of the scene.

I absolutely love how this scene turned out and hope you do, as well!!

Thanks so much for dropping in!! Have a great day and I’ll see you next Thursday!!

Brenda
