Sneak Peek Day 5

Today is Sneak Peek Day 5!  I’m showcasing the Swirly Heart dies, Checkered Background stencil, Checkered Background add-on Hearts stencil and have paired it with Tweet Heart stamp & die that was shown on day 2.  All of these wonderful products will be available in the Trinity Stamps shop on Jan 3rd!

I decided to make an A7 card size to really show how versatile the stencil is!  You can use any card size really and just use the guidelines to fit make the background fit your card.  I die cut the scalloped panel using the A-7 Envelope Builder die set.

I used the Checkered Background Stencil with distress oxide ink in Tattered Rose to add the squares and then the hearts with the Checkered Background Add-on Hearts stencil (also with the same ink). I added hearts onto the squares with glitter paste and then added a new embellishment coming to the shop- Powder Pink Hearts Embellishment Mix.

I die cut a heart out of cardstock and vellum in my stash with the Swirly Heart dies; the swirly component of the heart really adds a classy look! Finally I stamped and die cut with the Tweet Heart stamp and die and die simple copic coloring (R30, R43) to keep it aligned with color palette on the card.
