Sending hugs
Hello Everyone! Silvia’s here today with a space slimline card.
I started die cutting a white panel with the “Wonky Stitched Wilderness” die set and I created my space background with the incredible “Slimline Space Swirl” stencil. This stencil’s made by three parts and it’s super easy to use.
I first ink blended the whole panel with my lighter color, cracked pistachio Distress Oxide ink. I then covered the panel with the first stencil and I blended some peacock feathers Distress Oxide ink on it. I used the second stencil with evergreen bough first and then I moved it a bit several time applying festive berries, seedles preserved and fossilized amber Distress Oxide inks. I darkened edges with chipped sapphire Distress Oxide ink and I splattered with clean water and some of the above inks. When dried , I used the third stencil and a glitter paste to add a sparkle touch.
I stamped images from “Monster Love” stamp set, I colored them with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers and I die cut them with coordinating dies. I also die cut two colorful space ships for my monsters with the super cute “Make a Spaceship” die set.
For the sentiment, I die cut the “Sending Hugs” word twice from white card stock and I glued them together. I put everything together and I added some tiny white stars from the “Rainbow Sugarshock” embellishment mix.
I’m so very happy of how this card turned out and I hope you enjoy it too. Thank you so much for stopping by today. Sending crafty vibes, Silvia.
