Pumpkin Candy Treat Bags & CLC Hop Winner!

Happy Weekend Friends!  We are getting so close to Halloween, I can’t believe it!  My 12 year old (ALMOST 12, in 1 week) is going to be an “abomination” for Halloween.  Which basically means she is going to put together pieces of old costumes and make them one. 😉 Hey, saves me some money, so go for it kiddo.

Meawhile, I have a fun little halloween treat bag to share with you today that I made for her and a few of her friends using the Harvest Bucket Candy & Floral Die.

Aren’t they cute?!  They are just big enough to hold one fun size candy like the M&Ms, might hold 2 if they are more compact like a bite size candy bar or even more if the are the super mini ones.

What I love is that you can use different papers, plain or patterned, different colors, different twines and even make different faces just by changing up how you put the face elements on your pumpkin.

The first one took me a bit of effort to make, but once I had my formula down, repeating it was a cinch.

Here is a view of the box in the middle, just to give you some perspective of size.

I threw up some dimensions and a little bit more of a tutorial on my blog here if you want to know more.

They are cute and I hope my kiddo and her friends like them.  I would want one, and I would keep it forever (some call me a hoarder- lol).  I hope you enjoyed them too and thank you for visiting today!

Now, we want to announce the winner from our Collaboration Hop with Coffee Loving Cardmakers.  Drum roll please….
