Love You Bunches: One Stamp, Three Ways with Designer Emily M.

Hi Friends and Happy Monday! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! It’s Emily M. @popsofpaper and I’m sharing three different Single-Color cards using the beautiful Love You Bunches Stamp. I love single-color cards as they remind me of the type of cards you would find in a boxed stationery set from a local gift shop. The large floral bouquet image is so big and bold it’s perfect for single-layer one-color cards with lots of impact.

For my botanical blue card trio, I went with a royal blue hue using VersaFine Clair Ink in Paradise. I heat embossed all of the stamped images with clear embossing powder. What I love about VersaFine Clair Ink is that you can emboss the ink with clear embossing powder for a raised elegant effect.

For extra little pops of blue and little extra shimmer, I also added the following embellishments to my projects:

Hello!

For my Hello Botanical Card, I stamped the botanical image to the bottom of a white card panel. Then I used B91 and B00 Copics to add a little punch of color to the center of the flowers. Then I stamped the hello sentiment with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink and then cut the circle using my trusty circle punches. I had a little piece of blue cardstock leftover from one of the other cards and used that to create a faux-ribbon effect on the bottom of the card panel. I added the decorated card panel to a royal blue cardstock and then added blue and silver rhinestones for a little extra bling.

I Love you Bunches I

For this one layer card, I stamped the botanical image in the center of a portrait card panel, heat embossed and then added some sparkle with embellishments. Then I stamped the sentiment just below the botanical image. For something a little extra, using the Essentials by Ellen Essentials Rectangle die, I added a thin blue rectangle border around the edge of the card panel. This extra touch is so simple, but I think it added an elegant touch.

I Love you Bunches II

For this card, I stamped the botanical image vertically on a white cardstock panel. Then I did a little masking to make sure there was a botanical image from edge-to-edge. Then I cut the stamped image into a 2.5 in panel. I added two stripes of blue card stock to the edges of the panel. Stamped I Love you bunches to a white card stock strip and adhered it across the bottom of the card panel with foam adhesive. For the final touch, I added some pretty blue confetti for extra pop.

So there we are friends, three cards using one stamp (the Beautiful Love you Bunches Stamp Set) and one color ink! I hope you enjoyed my post today and it inspires you to stretch your stamps in fun new ways.  Until next time, you can find me on my blog at www.popsofpaper.com or Instagram @popsofpaper

Big Paper Hugs!
