Hello and welcome back to the Trinity Stamps blog. Silvia’s here today with a large birthday card.

I started die cutting a slim panel with the biggest die of the “Dainty Scallop Edge” set and I ink blended some birthday candles with the “Cake and Candles” stencil. To create the stripes on the candles I used the “Slimline Stripes” stencil.

I then darkened edges with vintage photo Distress Oxide ink and I added texture by splattering kitsch flamingo, salvaged patina, mowed lawn and carved pumpkin Distress Oxide inks loosened with a bit of water.
