Just Doing A Little Fly-By
Hi friends! It is Dana here today with a fun Halloween card. I hope you all are enjoying the New Release. There are so many fun new products! Do you have a favorite? Today I am using two new products that work perfectly together though also can be used on their own. Let’s get started, shall we?
I started by card by creating my background. I used the October Night Sky Stencil Set and Distress Oxide Ink. The colors I used were: Tumbled Glass, Stormy Sky, Black Soot, Hickory Smoke and Mustard Seed. This is such a fun stencil set. I love how there are also masks included, so it is easy to create a scene with multiple colors. Once my panel was finished I added black and white paint splatters to my scene.
Next, I used the Fly-By Stamp Set to stamp my witch and bats. I stamped my images in VersaFine Clair ink and heat set it with with embossing powder. I then stamped my sentiment onto a black rectangle and heat set it with white embossing powder.
To finish my card, I trimmed my panel down and attached it to a black card mat. Lastly, I attached my sentiment with foam adhesive.
Thanks for joining me today. I will be back soon to share another project with you all. Have a great week!
Dana
