Influential Teacher Clipboard
Happy Thursday, fellow cardmakers!! Brenda here with a card that’s perfect for the back-to-school season!! Teachers need to be encouraged and recognized for their hard work, now more than ever!! The latest August Release has so many products that are perfect to express your gratitude!!
I began by stamping the Influential Teacher Stamp onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored it with Copic markers, then cut it out with the paper die in the Cool Clipboard Die Set. I stamped the Mini Notebook Paper Stamps over the colored image with light gray ink.
Next, I die-cut the clipboard, pencil, paperclip and A+ from brown, pink, yellow, blue and mirror silver cardstock using the Cool Clipboard Die Set. I adhered all of the elements to the clipboard and notebook paper using liquid glue.
For the background, I stamped the Double Line Check Background Stamp onto white cardstock with red ink. It was die-cut with the second largest die in the Clean Cut A2 Layers Die Set A and adhered to a blue panel of cardstock that was die-cut with the largest die in the same set. The clipboard was adhered to the background, popping up the top with adhesive foam strips and the bottom was adhered with liquid glue. This gives the appearance that the clipboard is propped up on an angle.
