Happy, Happy Bear Day to You
Hello, fellow crafters!! Happy Friday!! I hope that you’ve had a great week!!
I have a fun slimline card to share with you today!! The Beary Special Slimline Stamp can be colored in so many ways and I thought I would share a tutorial of my take with you today!! Let’s get started!!
To begin, I stamped the Beary Special Stamp onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink and colored it with Copic markers.
Next, I ink-blended Candied Apple, Carved Pumpkin, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Salty Ocean & Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Inks onto a panel of bristol smooth cardstock.
I die-cut the scalloped frame with a die from the Slimline Series Envelope Builder Die Set and the bottom layer of “Happy” using the Scripty Birthday Dies from the ink-blended panel. The top layer of “happy” was cut from black glitter cardstock and “happy bear day to you” was white heat embossed onto a black cardstock strip.
The scalloped frame was adhered over the bear panel and the sentiment die-cut and strip were popped up with foam adhesive.
A few Funfetti Love Heart Sprinkles in rainbow colors was the perfect finishing touch!!
