Happy Easter – Springtime Gnome

Happy Thursday, Trinity friends!! I hope you had a wonderful Valentine’s Day!! Brenda here with an Easter card featuring the Springtime Gnome Die Set from Tuesday’s release!! I LOVE that this die set includes a heart and a shamrock to create cards for so many different occasions!! The rumor is that there will be add-on sets in the future…YAY!!!

I began by die-cutting all the elements for my gnome from white, aqua, purple, pink, green, yellow, peach and black cardstock with the Springtime Gnome Die Set. I added shading with Copic markers, then adhered all the pieces together with liquid glue.

Next, I stamped the Abstract Scratch Background Stamp onto white cardstock with Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed, Twisted Citron, Peacock Feathers and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Inks. The panel was die-cut with a die in the Clean Cut Layers Rectangle Set A Die Set. I panel of aqua cardstock was cut with the scalloped die in the A2 Envelope Builder Die Set and adhered to an A2 white card base. The second largest die in the Dainty Egg Layers Die Set was cut from pink cardstock. All the layers were adhered together with liquid glue and the gnome was popped up with foam adhesive strips.

The sentiment is from the All Cracked Up Stamp Set. It was white heat embossed onto black cardstock, cut out with the Coordinating Die, then popped up under the gnome with adhesive foam strips.

Isn’t this little gnome just the cutest?!? I can’t wait to make more with the other dies in the set!!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a great Thursday!!

Brenda
