Happy Easter!!

Hello Crafty Friends!! 

Larissa here today to share a GLORIOUS Easter Card combining several Older and Newer Products together!! I LOVE being able to shop my Stash and bring NEW Life to some of my FAVORTE Older Products!! If you follow me than you know that I LOVE ALL things Hot Foil and Die Cutting!! It’s my Jam and I hope I will INSPIRE you to look at some of your Products in a NEW way to create some Easter Cards for you to send this Year!! 

I Started by Die Cutting a Card Panel from some White Cardstock using the A2 Modern Embossed Rectangle Stack Die Set!! Then I Hot Foiling the Foiled Burst Foiling Stamp onto the White Cardstock Panel using some Gold Satin Hot Foil!! Next I Inked over the Hot Foiled Burst with some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink!! I LOVE the Majestic Feel of this Background!! Lastly, I Stamped and Embossed the “Happy Easter” Sentiment from the NEW He Has Risen Stamp Set using WoW Clear Embossing Ink and Embossed with some WoW Gold Rich Embossing Powder!! SWOON!! I LOVE how well this Embossing Powder matches the Hot Foil t a PERFECT Match!! 

Next I created the Cross using the NEW At the Cross Die Set!! I Started by Die Cutting 3 Cross Images from White Cardstock and then I adhered them all together!! I Colored the Cross with Copic Markers in E40, E43, E44 & E47!! Then I Die Cut the Draped Cloth also from White Cardstock and again I Die Cut 3 Layers and adhered all of the Pieces together before I  added some Shading with my Copic Markers in N0, N3 & N6!! I LOVE how this 3-D Cross turned out!! 

Next I worked on the Thorn Wreath that  wanted to add behind my Draped Cross!! For this I used one of my FAVORTE Die Sets from the Christmas release!! The Holiday Candle & Botanical Wreath Die Set is so versatile and can be used in so many ways on Card for ANY occasion!! I Started by Die Cutting the Wreath Base from some Green Cardstock and then I added the Branches from Brown Cardstock to resemble the Thorns!! 

Next I added the Pine Branches from some Dark Green Cardstock and then the Leafy Branches from some Litter Green Cardstock!! I LOVE how FULL you can choose to make your Wreath!! 

Next I added the Purple Blooms which I Die Cut from some Lavender Cardstock using the Flower Dies from the NEW Springtime Gnome Die Set!! I Colored the Center of the Blooms wit a Copic Marker V15 for some shading and then I added the BEAUTIFUL Boysenberry Baubles Mix to the center of each Bloom!! I added some interest by interchanging the different blooms so they aren’t all the some shape and I LOVE how this turned out!! You could create these Wreaths all on their own for a STUNNING Focal Point on ANY Occasion Card too!! 

Then I adhered the Wreath to my Card Panel and adhered the Draped Cross on top of the Wreath!! I just ADORE how this turned out and I feel like this is a Card that could be left out and displayed all through out the Easter Season!! 

Here’s a Side View to hopefully capture the Dimension!! I Adhered the Card Panel onto a White Cardstock A2 Cardbase using some Foam Tape for some Dimension!! 

I’m a firm believer that ALL of the little details can make or break a Card and I feel like the added Shading with my Copic Markers REALLY makes the Embossed Details in the Die Cuts POP and come to LIFE!! Is adding the shading necessary!!?? NO, but I hope these close up looks help you to see how much it adds to the over all finished design!! 

I LOVE the Regal feel that the Hot Foiled Burst and Gold Embossed Sentiment add along with the BOLD Color pop from the Boysenberry Baubles!! All of these things make me thing of the Colors a KING would wear!!
