Good tidings of comfort & joy

Hello peeps! Silvia here’s today with the latest post of this crazy 2020 and to wish you a better one I made this slimline card.

I started die cutting two stitched white panels with the biggest die from the “Stitched card panels and windows”.

I stamped the “All Spruced Up” biggest image on the first one with rustic wilderness Distress Oxide ink, I die cut it with coordinating dies and I ink blended it with shabby shutters Distress Oxide ink. I added some texture splattering with vintage photo, crackling campfire and festive berries Distress Oxide inks loosened with water.

I then created a festive pattern on the other panel with the amazing “Bunting and Lights” layering stencil, I darkened edges with ground espresso Distress Oxide ink and I splattered with vintage photo Distress Oxide reinker and a bit of Indian Nuvo mousse loosened with water. I also added  the “Comfort and Joy” stamp set sentiment heat embossing it with gold powder.

I stamped the cute gnome from the “Comfort and Joy” stamp set with black ink, I colored it with alcohol markers and I cut it with coordinating die.

I put everything together with a mix of liquid glue and foam tape and I added some “berries” with holiday cheer Nuvo glitter drops. And that’s my card! I hope you’ll enjoy it.

I wish you all a very happy New Year, full of joy, love, happiness and health. Big hugs, Silvia.
