Frappy Birthday

Good morning, crafty friends!! It’s Brenda here with you today!! I seem to be on a roll with the coffee themed cards lately!! Who can blame me, really? The Coffee With Character and Caffeinated Sentiments are just adorable! So many different ways to combine images & sentiments!!

Today, I have a clean & simple card to share with you…

I began by stamping the frappuccino cup, whipped cream, arms & legs from the Coffee With Character stamp set and the balloons from Create-A-Cake with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink. After coloring all the images with Copic markers, they were cut using the Coffee With Character and Create-A-Cake Coordinating Dies.   Tsukineko Radiant Neon Amplify in white was applied to the whipped cream and heated to make it puff up. Auburn Pearl Crystal Nuvo Drops was drizzled onto the whipped cream to mimic the caramel. Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide was blended with a cloud stencil onto Bristol paper and adhered to a blue cardstock panel that was cut the same size as my card base. A circle was cut in the center of a panel of white cardstock and popped up with foam adhesive over the clouds. The die-cut images were also adhered with dimensional adhesive for extra dimension. The sentiment, from Caffeinated Sentiments, was also stamped with black ink and shadowed with a blue Copic marker. Lastly, a few Rock Candy Confetti pieces were adhered inside the circle.

Thanks for hanging out with me today!! I’ll see you next Thursday!!!
