Dir-tea Easter Bunny Cards
Are you excited about Trinity Stamps new release? This is a super big release with so many exciting stamps & dies- I was thrilled when I saw all the new products- and you won’t have to wait much longer- everything will be released this Friday, April 10th!
Today I’m giving you a sneak peek of some of the new products that will be released this Friday April 10th! I used the stand-alone stamp set A Sentiment for (almost) Everything, the stand-alone die sets: 4-Bar Card Die Set and Starry Skies Coverplate Die and the stamp with coordinating die: Dir-Tea Bunny stamp & die.
First I die cut a regular A2 card base and a card base with the Coffee Mug Card die out of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110lb cardstock and then die cut a background with the Starry Skies Coverplate. I ink blended Distress Oxide Ink scattered straw with my Blending Buddy on the die cut background of both card bases- it accentuates the die cuts even more!
The 4-Bar Card Die Set is a set that can cut 4 different panels and a bunch of little accents for the card (including a bookmark/tag!) so I die cut a panel out of yellow cardstock and a scalloped panel out of the ink blended starry background to create dimension and interest. I stamped, die cut and copic colored the bunny and coffee mug from the Dir-Tea Bunny stamp & die- if you love coffee or tea, this stamp set is for you- there are so many sentiments that you can stamp on the mug!
I have limited copics, so I often have to blend multiple colors together to create a look that I like, I kept the color on the bunny very simple as you can see! I used R00 and R20 copics for the mug. A balloon die in the soon to be released Unbelievable stamp & die set worked as an egg! I simply cut the string portion off, colored it with R00 and R20 and voila- an easter egg! The sentiments are from the A Sentiment for (almost) Everything stamp set, die cut with the banner from the 4-Bar Card Die Set and propped up with some foam dots on the back for extra dimension. A few sequins rounded out the design.
Thank you for stopping by- I hope you will love the release as much as I do!
