Hi everyone! It’s Jeannie (InsideoutJeans) on the blog today to share a card I created using Trinity Stamps’ stamp set named, Oracle Octopus along with the Scenes from the Sea stencil set. I know I already had created a similar card, but I just had to use these items together.
I went ahead and stamped out the Octopus and a coordinating mask. I really wanted to create a scene right behind her using the stencils. Once I had the mask ready, I used a couple of the stencils to create the background. I really love how they included the negative and positives, so you can really build and mask off portions of the scenes. The Scenes from the Sea creates the perfect underwater scene for this stamp set.
I decided to actually pull out Summer School to add a few extra fishes to the background. There was a lot happening at the bottom of the ocean so I decided to even it out on top.
To finish off this card, I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment in white on the top portion of the card.
