Baby Bottle Shaker Tag

Hello, fellow crafters and happy Thursday!! Brenda here with a sweet tag for a new baby!! I’ve been working on building up my stash of baby cards!! I created a tag using the Baby Bottle Shaker Die Set to share with you today!! (I apologize…my pink is a little bright and I couldn’t correct it in my editing program.)

I began by die-cutting the tag from the Zip Gift Tag Die Set from white cardstock and stenciling the Checkered Background Add-On Hearts Stencil with Trinity Teal and Sweet Petunia inks and using Blending Buddy Brushes.

Next, I die-cut all the elements in the Baby Bottle Shaker Die Set from white cardstock. I added Trinity Teal Ink to the bottle portion and lightly blended the other pieces with dye inks. I die-cut the bottle outline portion six times from hevyweight white cardstock and adhered it behind the teal layer. I added Poolside, Bubble Gum and Lemon Chiffon Iridescent Pearl Confetti for the shaker bits and adhered the back of the bottle to trap the confetti inside.

I blended Trinity Teal and Sweet Petunia Pink inks to a piece of white cardstock with Blending Buddies and die-cut the top layer of one of the dies in the Simply Sentimental: Baby Die Set from it. Each layer was cut two more times from heavyweight white cardstock. They were stacked and adhered together with liquid glue.

I added adhesive foam strips to the back of the bottle behind the lid and nipple to level it out and adhered it to the tag.

The sentiment was adhered across the bottle with liquid glue.

I added some gingham and polkadot ribbon, along with a bit of teal and white twine from my stash to finish it off.

You could also add this to the front of a card, if you wanted to create a card from it!!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a wonderful day and I’ll see you next week!!

Brenda
