A Good Friend Is Like A Four Leaf Clover Shaker Card

Hello, Trinity friends!! Brenda here with a friendship shaker card to share with you today featuring goodies from the new February Release!! All of the products coordinate so well together so it’s easy to mix-and-match!! Let’s get to my card…

I began by spreading transfer gel onto white cardstock through the Clover Heart Stencil with a palette knife. Once the gel turned clear, I covered it with gold foil and ran it through my die-cut machine to transfer the foil, then peeled away the excess to reveal the foiled image.

Next, I created a shaker by die-cutting the Stitched Shamrock Die from green cardstock. I adhered acetate to the back with liquid glue and trimmed away the excess with scissors. I added adhesive foam strips around each opening, added Clover Cluster and Gold Holographic Star embellishments for the shaker elements, then adhered white cardstock to the back and trimmed away the excess cardstock. The adhesive foam strips are the perfect width and depth to create shaker cards.

The first part of the sentiment, from the A Good Friend Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with Goddess Green Ink and fussy cut. The second part was stamped on the inside of the card with the same green ink.

I adhered a strip of green cardstock along the right edge of an A2 white card base, then adhered the foiled panel over it. I trimmed a thin strip of gold holographic cardstock and adhered it where the two panels meet. The gold stars are also holographic, so this ties in nicely!!

The clover shaker was adhered with liquid glue and the sentiment was popped up with adhesive foam strips.

Here’s another close-up…

I really love how this turned out and hope you do, as well!! Be sure to check out the rest of the new release!!

Thanks so much for spending a bit of your day with me!! Have a great Thursday!!

Brenda
