A Bouquet of Fall Florals

Hello Friends and Happy Monday. Today, I have a fall themed thank you card using the Bouquet of Hope and Thank You Senti-Mini Stamp Sets. I absolutely love the girl holding the florals and thought it made for my kind of Halloween costume. A cute black and white polka dot dress and a mask of elegant autumn flowers. Trick or Treat! It’s so much fun when you can use one stamp and change it up for different seasons.

To create the card, I stamped the girl with bouquet image with Copic safe ink and used my Copics to color her dress and the florals. For her dress I used N1-9 Copics and then added polka dots with a white gel pen. For the bouquet I used a few oranges (YR04, 09, 15, 68) and YG09 & YG17 for the leaves, stems and belt.

For a little extra pop, I added some Black Eyed Beads Baubles to the center of the flowers. Adding an embellishment to the center of small flowers is a great way to hide some of the color bleeding that you may experience with smaller images. It also allows you to be a little less precise with your coloring of small images. I’ve also used Nuvo Drops as the center of flowers for a similar effect.

For the sentiment, I stamped Thank You (love that heart in the “y”) in VersaMark Ink on black card-stock and heat embossed the image with White Embossing Powder and then fussy cut the sentiment.

To finish the card, I added some black and white striped washi tape to the bottom of the stamped card panel and then adhered Thank you using a tape runner. The decorated card panel was adhered to an orange cardstock base and a piece of white fun foam for a little dimension.

So there we are friends, a fall-themed floral Thank You card using two of my favorite Trinity Stamps stamp sets. I hope you enjoyed this card and it inspires you to use your stamps in fun, new ways.
