“Your laundry is about to be adorable” baby card

Hello crafty friends! Silvia’s here with you today with a new baby card.

I started cutting a panel from white  cardstock and I made my background blending tumbled glass and broken china Distress Oxide inks through the “Puffy Clouds” stencil for the sky and shabby shutters and moweed lawn distress Oxide inks through the “Spring Day Scene Builder” stencil for the grass.

I splattered with clean water, tone on tone inks and white and gold acrylic paints and I set it aside to dry.

I then die cut all the pieces I needed to build my scene from colored cardstocks with the “Spin Cycle” die set, I darkened edges with vintage phpoto Distress Oxide inks and I splattered with white and gold paints.

I also used the “Doodle Car” die set to cut two black posts.

I hand drew the wire for hanging clothes and I heat embossed one of the sentiments from the “Loads of Fun” stamp set in prize ribbon Distress embossing glaze. 

I put everything togethr using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape and that’s all.
