“You make life colorful” slimline card
Hello there and welcome back to the Trinity Stamps blog. Silvia’s here trying to color your day with a sweet slimline card today.
I started die cutting two white panels using the biggest and the smallest dies from the “Stitched card panels and windows” die set and I glued them together.
I then used the amazing new “A-2 Foundations-Rectangles” stencil set and Distress Oxide inks (salty oceans, twisted citron, fossilized amber, carved pumpkin, picked raspberry and dusty concord) to create my rainbow background. I first blended inks using the “Blending Buddy” brush, I splattered with clean water and adding some ink (in the background colors) and silver mousse drops with a paint brush.
I stamped images from the “Sleepy Hollow” stamp set with hybrid black ink, I colored them with alcohol markers, I cut them out and I attached on the card using some foam squares .
I heat embossed in white one of the sentiments from the “A crafter heart” stamp set on black cardstock, I die cut it using a banner die from the “Scalloped card panels and banners” die set and I added to my card.
I’m really happy of how this card turned out and I’m sure you’ll fall in love with the new stencils too.
Thank you so much for spending your time with me today. Big hugs, Silvia.
This is super sweet.
