Welcome Little One – Baby Bunny
Hello, fellow crafters!! I have a sweet baby card to share with you today featuring some new goodies from the March Release!!
I began by stamping the bunny from the Baby Bunny Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. The sentiment, from the same set, was stamped with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Ink. After coloring the bunny with Copics, the Coordinating Dies were used to cut out the bunny and the sentiment.
Next, I die-cut a panel of white cardstock with the second largest die in the Dainty Scallop Rectangles Die Set and the Picket Fence Cut Out Die. The second largest die in the Embossed Edge Rectangle Stack Die Set was cut from a panel of pink cardstock.
I blened Kitsch Famingo Distress Oxide Ink onto a panel of white cardstock using the Puffy Cloud Layers Stencil and a Blending Buddy Brush.
The grass and clouds from the Picket Fence Cut Out Die Set were cut from white and light gray cardstock.
The ink-blended cloud panel was adhered behind the picket fence panel with liquid glue. The scalloped and rectangle panel were then adhered to an A2 white card base, also using liquid adhesive.
The gray clouds were adhered behind the white ones, slightly offset. The clouds, bunny, grass and sentiment die-cuts were all popped up with adhesive foam strips.
Here’s another close-up…
This could easily be adapted for a baby boy by switching the pink out for blue, or even yellow, if you don’t know the gender!!
Thanks so much for dropping by today!! I appreciate it!!
This DIY bunny is fun to make.
