Trio Snowflakes Quick Cards

Hi everyone,

Ilina here. We got snow just few days ago, down here in Georgia, so I thought it was perfect timing to pull out the Trio Snowflakes die set and make few cards for different occasions.
The cards were inspired by Kristina Werner’s card I saw little while ago.

To make the cards, I started by digging into my stash of patterned paper and picked out several patterns that were more muted colors and also wintery.

I used the third from the largest die from the Modern Embossed Stack Rectangles dies to cut panels from the patterned paper.

.

Next, i die cut bunch of snowflakes (I didn’t use the shadow die, only the intricate snowflakes) from white glitter foam sheet.
Created A2 card bases using white card stock (4 1/4 x11” white card stock scored at 5 1/2”.

we almost have all the pieces to assemble the cards, we only need sentiments. I used the A sentiment for almost everything set and coordinating dies, to stamp sentiments to gray cardstock and emboss in white, then die cut them.

next, we just need to assemble the cards. I adhered the snowflakes and sentiments to the patterned paper panels, then using foam tape i added them to the card bases.
