Thrilled You Were Born Gift Box

Hi there Christine here with a gift box idea for birthdays! I’m using a bunch of new birthday products from the latest release! Today’s projects uses the Pull & Pop Box die set, and the So Stinkin’ Thrilled stamp and die set!

I die cut all the pieces for the Pull & Pop Box die set out of heavyweight cardstock in my stash (110 lb Neenah solar white) so that it would be nice and sturdy. There is an amazing video from Carrie that will help you put the box together in no time at all here:

This gift box is the perfect size to fit in a gift card and a few treats! I wanted to use the new So Stinkin’ Thrilled stamp and die set! I die cut the letters for Thrilled out of gold cardstock and then did simple copic coloring for the rest of the letters and finished it off with some distress ink (scattered straw) just on the outer border of the balloon.

I fussy cut the balloon because I felt it would look better on this project. Tip:coloring the edges of the balloon with the color ink that you stamped with gives it a finished look. Thank you so much for stopping by- wishing you a wonderful day!
