Thanks For Your Kindness

Ilina here! If you are like me you love Sentiment stamps sets and when the sentiment takes center stage of my card. The Simply Sentimental collection of sets and dies are perfect for this. So, today I am using the Simply Sentimental Thanks 4″x8″ stamp set and the coordinating dies which can also be used as stand alone dies! 

To make the card I started by stamping one of the Thanks sentiments using my MISTI 5 times (each time I moved the card stock for 1 1/2″ inches (or 6 squares) and stamped. 

Once the panel is stamped trim it to 4″ x 5 1/4″ (I started with A2 piece of white card stock). Set aside. Stamp “for your kindness” on black card stock and emboss in white. Trim to make a strip. Then die cut Thanks from glossy white card stock and couple extra from white for stacking to add dimension. Die cut the shadow twice, too. Stack them up and adhere the layers.

To add more interest add some baulbles in coordinating colors. I used Lipstick Red, Icy Aqua, Sunrise Gold and Mossy Morning. Adhere to black note card.
