Snowglobe Gift Boxes ~Day 10~ 12 Days of Christmas Inspiration!!

Hello Crafty Friends!! 

Larissa here today to share a Set of Snowglobe Gift Boxes for Day 10 of the 12 Days of Christmas Inspiration!! I was INSPRED by Snowglobes and wanted to show 2 different ways that you can use Snowglobes for your Gift Giving Packaging needs!! I’m certain not only will you ENJOY Creating them, but the recipients will ENJOY getting these Handmade Gift Boxes just as much as the Gifts they receive Inside of them!! 

I Started by Die Cutting 2 of the Trinity Treat Box Die Cuts from some Light Turquoise Cardstock!! Then I Inked the Snowflakes onto the Die Cut Box pieces using the Checkered Background Add-on Snowflakes Stencil with some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink!! 

Next I added some Picket Fence Distress Paint Splatters for some Texture!! Then I added some Distress Mica Stain in Wonderland Splatters for some Sparkle and Shine!! SQUEAL!! These Details aren’t necessary, but boy do they add so much to the Design of this Treat Box!! 

Here’s a Close-up look at the Details on the Box!! So BEAUTIFUL, right!!?? 

Next I created the Tags I wanted to use for the Gift Boxes!! I started by Creating the Snowglobe Tag using the Snowglobe Tag Die Set!! SWOON!! EVERYTHING about this Set is SWEET and I LOVE that it can be used for more than just the Holidays!! I think it’d be PERFECT for any Winter Birthday Gift needs too!! I chose to create it as a Shaker Tag, but it Shaker Tags aren’t your thing, or your limited on time its CUTE either way!! I Die Cut all of the Images from White Cardstock and Colored them with Copic Markers!!
Red: R14 & R37     Black: N0, N3, N5 & N8    Orange: YR00 & YR68     Brown: E33 & E39     Green: YG00, YG25 & YG17 
I Die Cut the Heart and the Snowglobe details from some Therm O Web Deco Foil in Radiant Red and Silver and adhered everything to the Stenciled and Splattered Base!! I used the exact same Stenciled and Splattered design as the Gift Box for the inside of the Snowglobe!! 
I added some of the Vanilla Sugar Snowflake Sprinkles, Seafoam Iridescent Pearl Confetti!! 
I then created the Polar Bear Gift Tag using the Polar Bear Pair Die Set from some White Cardstock and the Scarf from the same Radiant Red Deco Foil!! I added some White Gel Pen Details and Inked the Polar Bear with some Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide Ink!! I also added a Bitty Tag from the Bitty Tags Die Set to the back of the Polar Bear to create the Tag Loop!! 
I Die Cut some Heart Tags also from some Radiant Red Deco Foil using the Bitty Tags Die Set along with the Sentiment Tags that I Stamped with the “Merry Christmas” Sentiment form the A Sentiment for (almost) Everything Stamp Set!!
 
Then I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiments on the Inside of the Tags!! “Good Tidings” Sentiment was Stamped from the Good Tidings Stamp Set!! “Christmas Blessings” Sentiment was stamped from the same Stamp Set!! 

Then I added the Snowglobe Shaker Tag as well as the other Tags to the Gift Box with some Twine!!
I adhered a Twine Bow as well as a Silk Ribbon Bow to the Tag/Bag using Zots Glue Dots!!

I LOVE how this turned out and I feel like this could be used for Holiday or Winter Gift Giving needs!!

For the Snowglobe Shaker Gift Box I Started by putting the Gift Box Base together and I used the exact same process and Products as the First Box, except this time I added some Wood Grain Pattered Paper the the bottom section of the Box to resemble the Snowglobe Base!! Then I Die Cut the Shaker Window from the Gift Box using the coordinating Shaker Box Add-on Die Set!! I made sure to create the Inside of the Shaker Panel with the same design so it would match!! 

Here’s a closeup look at the Shaker Box Base along with the Shaker Window background Panel!! 

In order to get the Polar Bear Die Cut  that I placed inside of the Shaker Window to stand towards the Front of the Window,  created some Cardstock Strips to work as frames for supporting him!! 

I adhered the Frames to the back Panel and then added the Shaker Elements!! I added some of the Vanilla Sugar Snowflake Sprinkles, Seafoam Iridescent Pearl Confetti!! How CUTE is that Polar Bear amongst all of those Shaker Elements!! This is a FUN Box to Shake and ANY recipient is SURE to LOVE it even enough to keep the Box for a Decoration or to Regift to someone Special for their gift giving needs!! 

SQUEAL!! How CUTE is this set of Gift Tags for the top of the Shaker Gift Box!!??  I added the Polar Bear Tag as well as the other Tags to the Shaker Gift Box with some Twine!! I adhered a Silk Ribbon Bow to the Tag/Bag using Zots Glue Dots!!

So there you have it a Set of Snowglobe Gift Boxes for Day 10 of the 12 Days of Christmas Inspiration!! I hope I’ve left you INSPIRED to create some Snowglobe Inspired Gift Boxes of your own for your Gift Giving Package Needs!!
I feel like these SPECIAL Gift Boxes are made even MORE Special by adding all of these Details!! Are they necessary!!?? NO, but in my opinion that’s what makes all of this SO FUN!! EVERYONE can create this same Gift Box Idea and NO ONE Gift Box will be exactly the same because of those details!! Creating is supposed to bring JOY and if Details isn’t your strong suit, or if you feel you don’t have the time that’s FINE!! Do what you can and get Crafty!! I’ll GUARENTEE you that the recipient is going to LOVE the thoughtfulness of this Gift Box KNOWING that it was created HANDMADE and SPECIFCALLY for them by YOU!!
