Sneak Peek Day 6 ~ Happy New Year!!

Hello Crafty Friends!! 

Happy New Year and Welcome to Day 6 of Sneak Peeks!! Today I’m showcasing the NEW Happy New Year Cut and Foil Die Set along with the NEW Sakura Blooms Cut and Foil Die Set!! SWOON!! I’m in LOVE with Hot Foiling and I hope if you haven’t given Hot Foiling a try that these New Products will get you Inspired to give it a try!! 

I started by Hot Foiling the NEW Art Deco Dance Foiling Plate using some Deco Foil Rose Gold Hot Foil onto some Mahogany Cardstock!! I LOVE Plates like this as you can SAVE that Negative Hot Foil and use it along with a Solid Hot Foil Plate and Foil another Cardbase or Card Panel, so there’s NO WASTE!! 

I did just that for my Card Panel and I LOVE the results!! I then Die Cut my Card Panel using the Modern Embossed Rectangle Stack Die Set!! STUNNING Right!!?? 

Next I Die Cut the Dainty Scalloped Circle Die 5 times from some of the same Mahogany Cardstock and adhered all 5 of them together using the Crafty Gluefriend Liquid Adhesive!! Then I adhered a White Cardstock Circle to the center and then used the Rose Gold Deco Color Ink to the edges of the Dainty Scallop Die Cut Circle for some added Color!! SWOON!! This step isn’t necessary, but I LOVE the addition of the Rose Gold Ink to the Edges of the Die Cut and how it POPS off the Card Panel!! 

Next I Hot Foiled the NEW Sakura Blooms Cut and Foil Die Set!! I foiled onto some Pink Cardstock using the same Deco Foil Hot Foil in Rose Gold and then used Copic Markers to Color the Image!! 
Pink: RV00, RV11 & RV34       Green: YG40, YG63 & YG67    
I then Die Cut the Image out and added some White Gel Pen highlights and some of the NEW Rose Quarts Garden Embellishment Mix to the center of the Flowers for some Dimension and Iridescent Sparkle!! 

I adhered the Card Panel to my Cardbase and then adhered the Dainty Scalloped Circle to the Card Panel!! I Adhered the Sakura Bloom to the center of the Circle using some Foam Squares!! Then I adhered some more of the to the Right Top and Left Bottom corners of the Card Panel for even more Sparkle!! 

Here’s a Close up look at the Card Front!! I LOVE how the Rose Gold Hot Foil POPS off of the Mahogany Cardstock and the Sakura Blooms are the Center of Attention!! 

I Hot Foiled the NEW Happy New Year Cut and Foil Die Set onto some Pink Cardstock again with the Deco Foil Rose Gold Hot Foil!! Then I used the coordinating Die to Die Cut it out!! As you can see I Die Cut a Cardstock Template that I taped into place and then placed the Die onto the Template and Die Cut for the PERFECT Sentiment!! 

I adhered the Sentiment on the inside of my Card using the Crafty Gluefriend Liquid Adhesive!! Then I added some more of the NEW Rose Quarts Garden Embellishment Mix to finish off the Card Design!! I LOVE how it turned out and I hope I’ve INSPIRED you today with my Happy New Year Card and if you haven’t tried the NEW Cut & Foil Dies, I hope this gives you that nudge you NEED to give it a try!!?? I myself LOVE them and get EXCITED about all of the different possibilities when creating with them!!
