Ova Achiever Card!!
Hello Crafty Friends!!
Larissa here today to share a FUN Feminine Card that could be used to CELEBRATE Numerous Female Occasions!! Obviously, this is also a Card that HAS to be given to someone who’s able to understand Humor!! If you aren’t aware, Trinity Stamps Releases NEW Anatomically Adorable FREE w/ $50 Purchase Sets each Month and May’s Set is the “Ova Achiever” Set!!
These are SO FUN and have such AMAZING Puny Sentiments!! I LOVE that this Set can be used for Occasions when maybe there aren’t Cards available to purchase so you can make your own and that action alone will make the Recipient fell so SPECIAL!! Laughter it the BEST Medicine sometimes!!
I Started by Creating my Background!! I Die Cut a Turquoise Cardstock Card Panel using the Modern Embossed Rectangle Stack Die Set!! Then I Die Cut some Black Glitter Cardstock using the Dainty Scallop Die Set!! Then I Die Cut some White Cardstock using another Die from the Modern Embossed Rectangle Stack Die Set!! I Inked that Panel with some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink and then I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiments at the bottom of the Panel!! Next I added some Salvaged Patina Distress Spritz and some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters!!
Next I Stamped and Embossed ALL of the Flower and Greenery Images from the Teacup Blooms Stamp Set!! I Stamped on White Cardstock using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and Embossed with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I Colored with Copic Makers!!
Pink: R81, R83 & R85 Purple: V00, V04 & V06 Yellow: Y00, Y13 & YR23
Orange: YR00, YR18 & YR68 Green: YG41, YG43 & YG45
Then I used the coordinating Teacup Blooms Die Set to Die Cut the Images out!!
Then I Layered the Flowers behind the “Ova Achiever” Image and adhered them to the Card Panel using a combination of Liquid Adhesive and Foam Tape for LOTS of Dimension!!
I Placed a Flower on the Top of the Uterus Image and I feel like it really brings everything together!!
Hopefully this will show the dimension alittle better!!?? Lastly I added some different Baubles to the center of all of the Flowers!! I used the Boysenberry Baubles, Orange Zest Baubles and Luminous Lemon Baubles!! They finish off the Card Design with the perfect touch of extra Sparkle and Shine!!
So there you have it a FUN Feminine Card that could be used to CELEBRATE Numerous Female Occasions!! I hope this INSPIRES You to create some Feminine Cards to CELEBRATE those occasions that you CAN’T BUY a Card for!! I feel like these SMALL touches of KINDNESS can go a LONG way in not only showing that we are HERE for one another no matter what you may be going through!!
