Non-traditional Christmas in June

Ilina here. Today I am sharing completely non-traditional holiday card using the Reverse Floral Background stamp and Bunny Slopes mini stamp set and the coordinating dies. one piece of my background uses the Polkadot Background stamp which is not available, but you can swap for any other background stamp you may have in your stash. I also used a sentiment from the Little Tree Gnome mini stamp set.

To make the card start by stamping the backgrounds on yellow, green and pool colored cardstock using coordinating ink colors in order to get a tone on tone effect.

Once stamped cut each piece down to 4″ x 1 3/4″.

Stamp images on white cardstock using alcohol friendly ink. Color with alcohol markers (I used Copics) and die cut them using the coordinating dies.

Cut piece of white cardstock to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and adhere the stamped background strips/panels.

Stamp sentiment in black and adhere the images using foam tape/squares.

Make a top folding white note card ( 4 1/4″ x 11″ piece of white cardstock scored in half) and using foam tape or any other dimensional adhesive adhere the panel. You are done!
