Many Blessings Bear

Hello there, Christine here with a quick mini slimline card that you can send anytime of the year, but it is particularly suited for Thanksgiving.  I’m using the older Trinity Stamps Blessings Bear stamp set and have paired it with the Autumn Impressions stamp & die set that were just released.

I stamped and die cut the bear and sentiments using the Blessing Bear stamp & die set. I did simple copic coloring because I wanted the foliage to be eye catching. I wanted to have the bear holding extra foliage and stems so I cut his hand with an art knife to allow it to lift up just a tiny bit.

I stamped the images from the Autumn Impression stamp set with inks from Concord and 9th and then die cut them with the dies in the Autumn Impressions set.

Finally I mounted everything on an ombre background with a hint of salvaged patina distress oxide ink on a mini slimline card panel that had been die cut using the Mini Slimline Card and Envelope die set. The card panel from this die set still remains my favorite to use- it is simple yet elegant!
