Make a Fish

Hi there! Silvia’s here today to share with you a card featuring one of my favorite stamp set from the latest release.

I started cutting a 5,5×4,25″ panel from watercolor paper and I heat embossed in white three sardine from the “Sardine Surprise” stamp set designed by Lynda Kanase.

I then watercolored them with Distress watercolor pencils and I let it dry.

I then darkened edges with antique linen, tea dye and vintage photo Distress Oxide inks, I splattered with clean water and white and gold Distress paints.

Once dry I first stamped one of the sentiment from the “Sardine Surprise” stamp set with vintage photo Distress archival ink and then I heat embossed twice it in dark brown.

I put some hearts from the “Sepia Heart Baubles Embellishment Mix” here and there and that’s all.
