Let’s be merry & bright

Hello crafty friends! Silvia’s here with you today with a Christmas card featuring some of the new cute critters from the September release.

I started embossing a 5,5″x4,25″ panel with the “Argyle Stitch Background” die and I ink blended it with speckled egg Dsitress Oxide ink  starting from the center. I splattered with picket fence, speckled egg, salvaged patina and antique bronze Distress paints and I set it aside.

I stamped the beautiful images from the “Frost Bite Cafe” stamp set, I colored them with alcohol markers and I cut them with coordinating dies.

I then stamped the sentiment directly on my cardbase. I used the new “Simply Sentimental – Merry” stamp set and I used lumberjack plaid Distress Oxide ink to stamp the word “Merry” and salvaged patina Distress Oxide ink to stamp “Let’s be” and “& bright”.

I put everything together using a mix of liquid glue  and foam tape and that’s all.

Here are some more picture of my finished card. I hope you’ll enjoy it.

Thank you so very much for passing by today.

I wish you an amazing new week. Big hugs, Silvia.
