I’m a Sucker For You Valentine & Mini Envelope
Happy Thursday, Trinity friends!! I have a mini Valentine card and envelope that would be perfect for those classroom Valentine card exchanges!!
I began by stamping the Sucker For You Stamp onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored it with Copics and cut it out with the Coordinating Die. (If you are mass producing, you could just stamp it with red ink.) I added highlights with a white gel pen.
Next, I stenciled the Checkered Background Add-On Hearts Stencils onto white cardstock. I applied Black Soot Distress Oxide with a Blending Buddy Brush for the x layer and red pearlescent glaze with a palette knife for the hearts. It was die-cut with the small note card in the Mini Envelope Die Set.
The envelope was die-cut from red polka-dot patterned paper with the Mini Envelope Die.
The envelope was adhered together with liquid glue and the sucker die-cut was popped up on the note card with foam strips.
That’s it!! Easy peasy!!
How fun would it be to tuck these into your kid’s lunch boxes?!? Not just for Valentine’s Day, but any occasion!! The Mini Envelope Die is perfect to use up your patterned paper stash!! I’m not the only one who hoards patterned paper, am I?
Thank you for stopping by!! Have a wonderful day and I’ll see you next Thursday!!
