I Moose You

Good morning, Trinity friends!! I hope you had a blessed holiday!!!

I have a fun, clean and simple card to share with you today that features one of the critters from the Winter Friends stamp set!

I began by stamping the moose from the Winter Friends stamp set onto Bristol Smooth cardstock with Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink and colored it with Zig watercolor markers. I cut out the image with the Coordinating Dies.  For the background, I ink-blended Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Inks with a Blending Buddy and the Shine Brighter Stencil onto the top 1/3 of a panel of Bristol cardstock. The greeting, also from Winter Friends,  was white heat embossed onto a strip of black cardstock by taping off part of the greeting before stamping.

The moose was popped up with foam adhesive for dimension. I also stamped a heart with the Latte Love stamp set, colored it and fussy cut it out. A few pink hearts from the Sweet & Tart Sprinkles Mix were sprinkled around the moose. A Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Pen and some Crystal Glaze adds a little shine to the fussy cut heart, while a black gel pen adds some definition to the moose’s eyes.
