Holiday Tags!!

Hello Crafty Friends!! 

Larissa here today with a Set of Holiday Tags that will hopefully INSPIRE You to get a start on some of your Holiday Crafts/Gifts!! I LOVE to create Homemade Gift Tags and these pack a PUNCH by being Hot Foiled and Embossed!! SWOON!! I LOVE the Technique of Hot Foiling and if you haven’t tried it yet maybe these will give that push to give it a try!!??

For the First Tag, I Started by Die Cutting the Holiday Tag Die from some Hammermill White Cardstock!! Then I Hot Foiled the Frosty Foiled Flakes Foil & Cut Die Set with some Deco Foil in Silver Unicorn!! In order to get the Embossed Design though you need to place the Snowflake Hot Foil Plate down first then lay the Foil on top then place the Paper and run it through the Glimmer Machine so that the Hot Foil Plate Foils the Image as well as Embosses it onto the Cardstock!! 

Once it was Hot Foiled and Embossed, I used a Light Hand and Inked over the Hot Foiled and Embossed Image with some Peeled Paint Distress Oxide Ink to make it POP!! SQUEAL!! This is my FAVORTE part as the Design comes to life and in real Life the Iridescent Sparkle and Shine of the Snowflake really comes through!! Then I added some Fairy Rock Rhinestones for even more Iridescent Sparkle!! 

I Die Cut another Holiday Tag Die from some Plaid Patterned Paper and then Die Cut a Circle from the center of the Tag to create a Circle opening using the Modern Embossed Edge Circle Stack Die Set!! I Adhered the two Tags together and then I Stamped and Embossed the Tag Die Cut from White Cardstock using the Bitty Tags Die Set with the  Merry Christmas Sentiment from the North Pole Gnomes Stamp Set using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder and then I Inked the Tag with Peeled Paint Distress Oxide Ink!!

For the Second Tag, I Started by Die Cutting the Holiday Tag Die from some Hammermill White Cardstock!! Then I Hot Foiled the Frosty Foiled Flakes Foil & Cut Die Set with some Deco Foil in Silver Unicorn!!

Once it was Hot Foiled I used a Light Hand and Inked over the Hot Foiled and Embossed Image with some Peeled Paint Distress Oxide Ink to make it POP!! SQUEAL!! I wanted to create a Shaker Tag so next I I Die Cut another Holiday Tag Die from some Plaid Patterned Paper and then Die Cut a Circle from the center of the Tag to create a Circle opening using the Modern Embossed Edge Circle Stack Die Set!! I Adhered a Piece of Acetate over the Window Opening and then I added the Shaker Embellishments!! I used the Shimmer Snowflakes Flat Confetti and Fairy Rock Rhinestones!! I used some Foam Strips to adhere the Tags together to create the Shaker Tag!!

 I Stamped and Embossed the Tag Die Cut from White Cardstock using the Bitty Tags Die Set with the  Merry Christmas Sentiment from the Cocoa the Gnome Stamp Set using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder and then I Inked the Tag with Peeled Paint Distress Oxide Ink!! SQUEAL!! Shaker Tags are one of my FAVORITE Type of Tags to create and they are so FUN to add to those Special Packages for the Holidays!!

So there you have it a Set of Holiday Tags that are sure to make your Holiday Gifts SHINE!! I LOVE the different ways you can Embellish them to make them come to life!! The Iridescent Sparkle and Shine of the Hot Foil along with the Iridescent Sparkle from the Fairy Rocks and Shimmer Snowflakes adds even MORE Holiday Cheer!!
